In this class you will:
- Make cough syrup
- Make an herbal oil for easing ear aches, skin infections and fungal infections

**Chelle Goodfriend has been a health educator, herbalist and aromatherapist for over 20 years. She started using herbs after the birth of her first child and then incorporated simple herbal remedies into her health education classes taught at several Orange County hospitals and conferences around the United States and Mexico.
Chelle has studied herbs with master botanists in the Amazon jungle, indigenous healers of Latin America, at the Chopra center and in the wilds of Orange County, as well as with some of the United States’ foremost herbalists.
She leads plant walks in Orange County and teaches intermediate and advanced classes on making remedies such as salves, tinctures, infusions and decoctions. Chelle is also an energy medicine practitioner who frequently sees clients in Southern California and by phone across the US and abroad.
